आजाद अधिकार सेना भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा पंजीकरण संख्या 56/301/2022-2024/PPS-I दिनांक 29/02/2024 पर पंजीकृत राजनैतिक पार्टी है.
पार्टी के उद्देश्य
(i) आजाद अधिकार सेना का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य, भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक में यह भावना और अवधारणा पैदा करना है कि सभी शक्तियाँ (अधिकार) और प्राधिकारित्व उनमें निहित हैं। ताकि, भारतीय नागरिक, भारत के संविधान द्वारा प्रदत्त और विभिन्न विधियों, नियमों, विनियमों, कानूनों, उपनियमों आदि के माध्यम से उन्हें दी गई सभी शक्तियों और अधिकारात्व का भंडार बन जाएँ।
(ii) आजाद अधिकार सेना का मानना है कि कार्यपालिका की तुलना में नागरिक के अधिकार श्रेष्ठ हैं, जिन्हें विधायिका द्वारा प्रख्यापित और न्यायपालिका द्वारा स्पष्ट किए गए कानून के प्रावधानों के माध्यम से ही छीना जा सकता है।
(iii) आजाद अधिकार सेना, सभी वर्ग, जाति, धर्म और लिंग के लोगों के बीच पूर्ण समानता में विश्वास करती है।
(iv) आजाद अधिकार सेना भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त राज्य के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है; जो जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में, प्रत्येक नागरिक को पूर्ण गरिमा और मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन की पूर्ण अस्वीकार्यता सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास कर रही है।
(v) आजाद अधिकार सेना ने सभी नागरिकों को ये सुलभ कराने का संकल्प लिया है:
न्याय : सामाजिक आर्थिक और राजनीतिक — विकास के पायदान पर खड़े अंतिम व्यक्ति सहित सभी के लिए
विचार, अभिव्यक्ति, विश्वास, आस्था और उपासना की स्वतंत्रता
सभी व्यक्ति और समुदायों को जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में, हैसियत और सुवसर की समानता दिलवाना और उन्हें बढ़ावा देना
व्यक्ति की गरिमा और राष्ट्र की एकता और अखंडता को सुनिश्चित कराने वाली बन्धुत्वभाव का सशक्तिकरण।
(vi) आजाद अधिकार सेना राजनीतिक दल भारत के संविधान, प्रचलित और स्थापित कानून, समाजवाद, धर्मनिरपेक्षता और लोकतंत्र के सिद्धांतों के प्रति सच्ची आस्था और निष्ठा रखेगी और भारत की संप्रभुता, एकता और अखंडता को बनाए रखेगी
बुनियादी दर्शन
(i) लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों और भारत के संविधान में विश्वास
(ii) व्यक्ति की शक्ति (आम नागरिक के अधिकार) में विश्वास

संविधान द्वारा प्रदत्त वास्तविक शक्ति और राष्ट्र के कानूनों को इस देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक के हाथों और वास्तविक पकड़ में वापस लाना।

Azad Adhikar Sena is a political party registered with Election Commission of India with Registration No 56/301/2022-2024/PPS-I dated 29/02/2024.
Objectives of the Party
(i) The primary aim of Azad Adhikar Sena is to instill in each citizen of India the feeling and concept that all the powers (Adhikar) and authorities lie in them. So that the Indian citizen becomes the repository of all powers and authorities bestowed upon them by the Constitution of India and through various Statutes, Rules, Regulations, Laws, Bye-laws and so on.
(ii) Azad Adhikar Sena believes that the rights of the citizen vis-à-vis the Executive lie superior, which cannot be taken away except by the provisions of law as promulgated by the Legislature and as elucidated by the Judiciary.
(iii) Azad Adhikar Sena believes in complete equality among the people of all class, caste, religion, and gender.
(iv) Azad Adhikar Sena works for corruption free State which ensures complete dignity to each of its citizen and full unacceptability of Human Rights violation, in every sphere of life.
(v) Azad Adhikar Sena resolves to secure for all the citizens:
Justice:- social economic and political for everyone including the last person
Liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship
Equality of status and of opportunity in all spheres of life, for individuals and communities and to promote among them all
Fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual and the Unity and integrity of the Nation.
(vi) Azad Adhikar Sena shall bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India, prevalent & established law, Principles of socialism, secularism and democracy and would uphold the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India

To put back the real power conferred by the Constitution and the laws of the nation in the hands and real hold of every citizen of this country

To undertake all possible legally permissible political activities to achieve the above objectives and to transform the Vision in reality, while adhering to the Basic Philosophy of the Party.
