Azad Adhikar Seva (AAS)

Azad Adhikar Seva (AAS) is a non-political social organization working for the protection and advancement of people’s rights. It brings together social workers, doctors, lawyers, teachers and other professionals, writers, scholars, litterateurs, intellectuals, religious leaders and other citizens, including government servants, subject to their applicable service rules, to support public causes through non-political means.

AAS works against injustice, oppression and corruption (Anyay, Atyachar aur Bhrashtachar ke Khilaf) and seeks to assist people through service, support, awareness, documentation and other lawful activities.

It is an independent, non-political initiative dedicated to the broader vision of “Rights to the Citizen.”

आज़ाद अधिकार सेवा (AAS) एक गैर-राजनीतिक सामाजिक संस्था है, जिसका उद्देश्य जनता के अधिकारों की रक्षा एवं उनके विस्तार के लिए कार्य करना है। यह सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं, डॉक्टरों, वकीलों, शिक्षकों एवं अन्य पेशेवरों, लेखकों, विद्वानों, साहित्यकारों, बुद्धिजीवियों, धार्मिक नेताओं तथा अन्य नागरिकों, जिनमें अपने लागू सेवा नियमों के अधीन सरकारी सेवक भी शामिल हैं, को गैर-राजनीतिक माध्यमों से जनहित के कार्यों में सहयोग के लिए एक साथ लाती है।

आज़ाद अधिकार सेवा अन्याय, अत्याचार और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ कार्य करेगी तथा सेवा, सहायता, जागरूकता, दस्तावेजीकरण और अन्य वैधानिक गतिविधियों के माध्यम से लोगों की सहायता करने का प्रयास करेगी।

यह एक स्वतंत्र, गैर-राजनीतिक पहल है, जो “नागरिक को अधिकार” (Rights to the Citizen) की व्यापक अवधारणा के प्रति समर्पित है।
